What type of property do you buy?
We purchase any property, regardless of its value or condition

Where do you buy property?
We purchase primarily in the Midlands, but we do offer a national buying scheme

Do you charge a fee for making an offer to us?
No, we do not charge any fees whatsoever, we can also pay your legal fees

Can you offer me the current market value?
Unfortunately not, we make offer that reflect that we are CASH buyers who can complete very quickly on a GUARANTEED sale basis. We are currently making offers of between 70% - 85% of the market value.

How long does it take?
We will endeavour to complete the purchase to suit your needs. If you require a quick sale we can make an offer within 2 weeks of you accepting our offer.

Can you help if my home is about to be repossessed?
Yes we can. As we purchase property very quickly, we can normally liase with your lender and come to an acceptable arrangement for all parties concerned.

How long can I stay in my property?
The simple answer is, for as long as you want; provided you maintain your rental agreement and don’t make any structural changes to the property.

How do I know you won’t evict me in 6 months?
We are all about keeping properties tenanted, and the very best people to have as tenants are the people that have already lived there for years, and already call it home... i.e. YOU.

How much will the rent go up?
We’re not going to tell you your rent will never increase, because that’s simply un-realistic. As a policy we put our rents up once every two years by 6% (unless you are on our fixed deal).
